Q:
I do not have a PayPal account, and do not wish to use my credit card on the internet. Is there another way I can pay?
A:
Firstly, if you don't have a PayPal account, we highly recommend opening one. PayPal is one of the most secure on-line payment systems in the world. That said, we do understand that some people do not like to use their credit card on the internet, and hence don't open a PayPal account. For this reason, we accept other forms of payment. These include payment by bank transfer, payment by credit card over the phone and also payment by cheque. If you would like to pay by one of these methods, please contact us by either calling or emailing info@holidaysinapartments.com.
Q:
Are flights included in your offer?
A:
We're sorry to say that no they are not. Due to the constantly changing flight market, it became impossible for us to keep our offer competitive. You will be responsible for booking and paying for your own flights. We also have a flight search facility on our site which can be accessed by clicking on 'FLIGHTS' from the menu on the right hand side of the page.
Q:
Can you tell more about the accommodation you are offering?
A:
Most certainly! If you choose to stay at a resort the accommodation will be a high quality self catering unit of either 1 or 2 bedrooms, and will cater for two adults and between one and four children. All resorts have a 24 hour reception, daily maid service, pools and onsite bar and restaurant facilities. If you choose to book into a private rental, then quality of the accommodation and availability of services will differ from rental to rental.
Q:
How long will I be able to stay at the accommodation I book?
A:
If you choose to book into a private rental, then you can stay as long as you like subject to availabilty. If you book into a resort, then under the terms of our offer, you can stay for one week at the promotion rate advertised. If you wish to stay longer, this is possible, but you will have to pay the full nightly rate for the additional nights you wish to stay.
Q:
I have booked my flights. What do I do when I arrive at the airport in the country I have booked my accommodation?
A:
Firstly, this will depend on whether you have booked a private rental or booked into a resort. If you have booked a private rental, then you will be responsible for providing your own transport. If you have booked into a resort, then free transport may be provided for you. One of our booking agents will be able to advise whether transport is provided to your resort.
Q:
Is there entertainment provided where I have booked my accommodation?
A:
This will depend on whether you have booked into a private rental or a resort. If you are booked into a private rental, then it will depend on which complex the rental is situated. If you booked into a resort, then the majority of resorts do provide entertainment on site.
Q:
Does the accommodation I want to book cater for disabled.
A:
If you book a private rental, then in most cases no. If you book into a resort, then the majority of resorts do cater for disabled. Your booking agent will be able to advise you as to the specific dsiability facilities available for your chosen accommodation.
